I'll break it down so u will understand.

In America their are impact tax zones. The government has to put a certain amount of money into these zone bc they are failing. Mainly rural and inner cities. The state government allocates that money specifically to those zones. Historically in southern states this money went to good ole boys to start businesses in rural areas.

Yeah that's right cacs for years get free money to start businesses and build real estate to"help they community". It's horrible in the south for blacks we still got some money but no where our fair share based on our population.

Now how blacks stopped this in Atlanta.

We voted but voting doesn't mean shyt apparently and they got the law change to have a committee commit the capital to these black zones. On the ga committee we have civil rights leaders. They stopped the outflow of this cash and put it back into the city.

These loans exclusively help poor people in these zones. Poor people in majority black zones I wonder who's going to get these business and housing grants and loans. The community development fund . Helps individuals and covers the down payment for these businesses and houses. I wonder who gives money to this fund

Through both organizations poor blacks now have a house, with low payments. Low interest almost free loans they don't have to start paying back immediately. On top of that free money in grants.

I'm looking over the information I've come across. I don't see anything confirm that the company is for the sole and exclusive benefit of black people.

Unless I'm looking at the wrong firm, most of the leadership is white. Out of the 42 pictured, only two are black. Looks like any other institutional firm to me.

Black churches that use their funds, presumably given to them from black parishioners, to fund political and economic initiatives for the exclusive benefit of black people. Not "low income communities"...ambiguous term. Not "minorities"....ambiguous term. So and so forth.

Not initiatives that are aimed a large swath of people, of which black people qualify. Specific programs tailored to the black population.
