That shyt happened to me getting off benzos. For like 9 months I twitched randomly like that. Worst fukking withdrawal side effects of any drug (and I’ve withdrawn from alcohol and opiates, as well as benzos).

Once your body gets used to a certain amount of benzos in your system, the twitching happens when you stop. I’ve talk to other people who had it too. They called it the shocks or zaps.

The bad part is that these shocks are very close to going full blown seizure. They’re like mini seizures.

Been there breh I was poppin 10-15 xannies every other day before I had to go cold turkey which was a dumb/smart move. Was literally waking up in a pool of sweat and I was only sleeping for like 2-3 hours a night. I’m coming up on 2 years being clean from the bullshyt. Getting over benzos will go down as one of my greatest accomplishments.

Adderall doesn’t fall in that category. Completely different drug than a Xanax.

Nothing was confirmed, but that's what a lot of people were thinking. You don't get seizures from opiates, but you do with benzos and alcohol

Benzos are Benzodiazepines. They're strong sedatives. Xanax, Klonopin, Valium and Ativan are the most common ones. When you hear rappers talking about Xans, benzos are what they are talking about.
