Fda approval doesn't mean something works or doesn't work.big pharma ain't gotta lift a finger. There's been snakeoil salesman since biblical times. Every night some infomercials is pitching a miracle cure, hair growth, fat loss, fountain of youth, feel better, yadda yadda yadda.
Not only does it take millions of dollars but years of clinical testing before something is approved. He might get cleared to sell something as any American citizen or businessman could, he just wouldn't get FDA approval. So he'd be basically selling snake oil.
No different than any other late night infomercial gimmick miracle cure for anything else.

Without FDA approval he isn't getting any looks from any pharma companies. Which means they aren't going to "take him out" as some people are suggesting. You have to have money, clinical trials and tests as well as either know or work with real fukking legitimate companies before even having your name brought up in serious context with big pharma.
They wouldn't even laugh while standing at the urinal let alone "take him out".
