6k a show is decent money...but you have to have the demand. You cats thinking artist are getting even that much just based of YouTube hits are insane. Say dudes is buzz is even half of what some of what these delusional nikkas are stating. He might be getting shows. If he is then odds are they are in hole in the walls based in small population cities...Cantgetright Mississippi and Catfish Georgia etc,etc...the crowd draw in may be decent and he might clear $1500 a show. Cause nobody that is club age knows this nikka and for those who do his music is so dismally garbage most would rather put a hole in thier head then actually pay to see him. You have to factor in the odds. No promoter is going to pay this dude 10k just because he is a rapper. His buzz outside of the internet is nonexistent....he has no majors backing him..,he has no big time artist backing him...he has no radio play...satellite or local...he has no popping mix tapes...the dude is literally a nobody in this game. So who is going to pay him anything realistically over 2 or 3k . And who is going to consistently book him at that?

But most rappers are 360...so even if they top tier say like a Drake or Cole who probably get upwards to an average 250k a show....they only walking away with 45 to 70 of that...and that's not including overhead. But that nut which probably breaks down to about 35 to 40k ain't that fukking bad...now these are estimated numbers of course...but these are real scenarios. If a rapper is getting 6k then after all is said and done he is probably only going to clear 1500 to 2k a night and that's being generous my dude. The reason thier is no money in music..is cause the label/manger always controls the nut...the artist are their to get fukked... it the bigger you are...the more of a cut you get....
