That wouldn't be allowed. A rapper promoting POSITIVE habits beneficial to the black community wouldn't be given the same chance to shine or be heard in the first place.

Keep in mind who pushes these rappers and who controls the media outlets.

The artists who are willing to perpetuate the most negative and destructive stereotypes are the ones that are always gonna be given the largest platforms to be seen and heard.
