Pusha T- he delivered a classic diss with "Adidon", but afterward people were putting him up there with greats. You had posters acting outraged because the masses didn't know who he was as if Push's biggest album wasn't as 1/2 of The Clipse and said album dropped 16 years before "Adidon".
Hell Hath No Fury- seen this propped as a classic on several occasions. It's a good album, but Lord Willin' is their classic. That album took The Clipse from shelved album to doing songs with Justin Timberlake". "Grindin" actually sent producers back to the drawing board and had everybody banging on lunchroom tables. They delivered some of the most remorseful, poignant bars and songs about the dope game since Jay on RD (see "I'm Not You").
4:44/No I.D.- Don't get me wrong 4:44 is a great album, but posters on here had it Top 3 Jay albums. It's not. It probably is one of the last really impactful albums to drop though. Also, I remember The Coli talking about how No I.D. fell off when he helmed Common's 2014 album. Talk of No I.D. working with Nas was looming and posters were like "Nas should stay far away from him". Fast forward to Summer 2017 and No I.D. is a Top 10 producer on The Coli and posters were praying Nas would let No I.D. produce his next album as if he didn't lace a lot of Life Is Good.
