I'm a realist. As a fan of bone. Art of war means alot to me. Alot of memories from that abum. But i know it didnt touch the people the way the previous two albums did. I think that's a fair view. But east coast "heads" like to take albums that meant something to them (or albumd they were told should mean something to them) and hold those albums in higher regard than albums that were waaaaay more cherished in the strrets and commercially. Thats being bias and unrealistic. I rather keep it real

Quality should be the most important aspect. Then impact on the music and core audience. Commercial success is close to irrelevant.

There is definitely an east coast bias though. The norm is considered to be Illmatic as opposed to Crreping On A Come Up. The origin of the music has something to do with that, also the east was dominant initially. That's why you get terms like Southern Classic, etc.

To all of y'all that say that Em aint got Three classics, where were you between 99-03?

I would like to add Ludacris too, but it might just be for me that Incognegro, Back for the first time and Word of mouf are classics. Which im cool with if not all of y'all agree with me on. WOM is a Classic though

Luda ain't got no classics.
