I've always asked myself this question. And like what would be their attributes/what battle rappers would they be reminiscent of the most (the latter is probably easier).

I could easily see Wayne (prime Wayne) being a Hollow type. Unorthodox, corny punchlines. He can freestyle well too.

T.I. I can see being like JC, as he's very good at talking down on people and has a nice flow. Not as lyrical of course, nor is he capable of JCs level of wordplay. But it's there. Definitely.

Nas possess a lyrical, narrative skill, and passion similar of Lux.

Jay is Mook. Those two are so identical it's not comprehensible.

Fabulous would obviously fit in the class of Conceded.

Young Jeezy could be like T Rex. OMG I see it now. White, hard, soft, rocks, blah blah blah blah blah.

Troy Ave would be like Rich Dolars.

Help me come up with more gias. This should be fun????? If you disagree please do so in a disrespectful manner, as I want this go on longer than necessary.

I don't know if I agree with any of these, but the TI and Fab ones make the most sense imo.

What about song verses/songs that could have gone over well as a battle rap rounds?

Tupac's - Against All Odds probably could have went over well acapella in front of a battle rap crowd considering Pac could have easily matched the delivery of guys like Hitman Holla & Shotgun Suge.

Prime Nas/Jay are easily as good as Lux. Especially Nas.

Pac would no doubt be a top tier battle rapper. That delivery and energy is suited for the big stage.

Big fan of Nas but his stage performance was really lackluster for at least the 1st half of his career, he'd end up getting super high & choke in a battle.

But Jay could do it, he's calm & calculated enough, he would use his mannerisms and movements to accentuate his lyrics properly.

DMX in his prime would be (and apparently was) pretty incredible as a battler.

Crooked I-just off the shady cyphers alone. He would be B Magic with a Clips delivery.

Pac, because I could see him actually getting up there & performing due to his acting background, aggression, delivery, energy, & straight to the point approach.

I always find it funny to see names like Fab & Banks, because I don't think they would have the aggression needed to be effective on a large stage. That too cool approach wouldn't work.

I was never a fan, but a prime DMX is a good pick.
