In the music game it’s damned if you do and damned if you don’t. If you stick with one producer then fans are like “you should switch it up” if you switch it up then fans are like “why did you switch up?”Artists don’t like to be pigeonholed, sticking with ONE sound or group of producers can become boring, repetitive, and unchallenging.
Imagine going to a Nas concert and ALL the songs were only produced by Premo and Large Professor.
Going to a Jay-Z concert and ALL the songs are by Ski and Clark Kent?
Imagine if Common stuck with NO ID and NEVER worked with Kanye?
Matter of fact the suggestion that artists should “stick” with their initial producers is a TERRIBLE idea!
