for me the main ones are like Wiz Khalifa, Kid Cudi, Eminem etc.

that Cam'ron feat lil wayne song that dropped today just pushed him into this group for me...

Still one of my favorites all time.

One of the only post-2000 rappers I really was a fan of. He got real corny after his gun charges.

Wayne just doesnt do it for me anymore. I been riding with Weezy since the mid 90's and used to hype him up to all the homey's when he started dropping that Sqad shyt. But the last few years when i hear he has a new song or album out im just like whatever.

also i think every year music up to a certain year, sounds dated. it was 94 last year, now Im up to 95. Honestly hardly listen to even Illmatic and doggystyle nowadays. Those and a few other classics get some play tho, 95% of the shyt, you wouldnt EVER catch me with.

As hard as it is to say it: Eminem & 50...Eminem being the one that was hardest to come to terms with. :to:

The first CD I ever got was The Notorious B.I.G. and I came up listening to Pac on the way to school but Eminem was the first rapper to make me want to WRITE raps as a kid.

...and it was difficult and kind of therapeutic to type that just now. :notsure:
