I honestly think some rappers' careers have suffered because their rapper names are either not catchy enough, not original enough, or just kind of weird or corny


For example, I think Kool G Rap could've been helped by a better name.

Kool Genius of Rap? Kind of corny. And the abbreviation to "Kool G Rap" doesn't work well either



I think Big L might have had more success if his name wasn't so generic

Kool G Rap is fine, not even close to being a bad name.

Joey Bada$$ is bad for example, dont know how he thought that was a good name to rock with for his career.
