Chamillionaire. The guy had it everything to be one of the GOATs. Flow was on point, excellent voice (his voice was :whew:), great ear for beats, and lyrics were above average i guess.

and ofc biggie

I always thought his voice wasn't good. The reason I never got into him is because his voice annoyed me a lot.

Camoflauge's career was too short though he was murdered so I don't know if this fits the theme of this thread. J-Kwon had a couple of hits and I haven't heard from him since. Why didn't Cool Breeze or Slim Cutta Calhoun ever drop anymore music?

Witchdoctor only did 1 album too, Dungeon Fam had alot of guys that didnt do much on their own

Obie Trice, good wordplay, good flow, good range...his career died with Em's drug addiction

Last Emperor....easily one of the most interesting writers man, he had such vivid rhymes and emotion in his shyt...

I always thought Soopafly was dope as fukk and shouldve had a bigger career

Immortal Technique...quite a polarizing figure, but ultimately dude was real as fukk and shouldve done more

edit: :dead: @ me forgetting I already posted in here

Young Dro. Even tho he's creeping back....he'll never have that spark he had back in 06' - 07' with shoulder lean and rubberband banks. i had high hopes for that guy.
