Phonte. He's one of my favorite rappers and probably the most underrated and versatile MC ever. In the early 2000's I thought Little Brother was going to be this generation's A Tribe Called Quest, but label issues and the eventual break up of the group kept that from happening. I love what him and Nicolay are doing with The Foreign Exchange, but sometimes I wish he would just get on some 9th wonder beats and go off like he used to.

Odd Future literally had the power to shift the direction Hip Hop was going in when Yonkers dropped, but Tyler an dem's skills were built out of paper machรฉ and they dropped the ball on their careers summit terrible. Tyler is caking stupid nice but they could have had legit power in the genre...but oh well

A lot of rappers come to mind but the one I was really thinking about is Pill. He was with MMG and I thought he was a core member during the early days of MMG. Then he just disappeared. Too bad because he was really nice.
