bout half way in. the production is top notch. her flow, which has always been an acquired taste (like kendrick) has perfect accompaniment so far. sometimes you can write off a dope artist because they choose the wrong beats. this is where a 9th & guru i.e. a seasoned team come in handy. seems like they set her up w/ the perfect game plan to deliver a great project.

Yeah, this sounds more like an album than anything she's done so far in terms of the production. I can't tell if it;s because of some extra live instrumentation, or the mixing/mastering, but even though The Soul Council has always produced all of her projects so far, this one feels bigger than the rest. Well, I think Crown is about on part with this.
