So a team of Jonas/amir/gay/Ross/Lowry.

With a bench of gray/acy/camby/fields/,bledsoe/Novak will be to good to get a Wiggins?

Thank you.

It boggles my mind how many people even think they have a chance of getting Wiggins, for goodness sakes two others in our division have a better chance than us.

Now let's say you tank and lottery time you get a 4th, 5th or 6th pick, WTF ARE YOU GONNA SAY THEN??

Approximately half the teams in the East are likely going to have a bad record than the Raptors this year and 4-6 in the West.

What Raptors "fans" should be more worried about is getting rid of Bargnani (which just happened), Kleiza, Gray and Fields. Lucas is gone as it is. A lot of these guys on Real GM, radio, whatever, need to realize that Wiggins is out of the question. That's for a team like Phoenix, Charlotte, etc.

DeRozan gets better by the year and is a gym rat, probably the hardest working player on the team and Doc Rivers actually wants him bad but wants to keep onto Bledsoe. A full year with JV, Amir, Rudy, Demar and Lowry is an easy 6th.

How is wiggins out of the question if we're not a playoff team?

with the NBA's "loterry" system why would they be more inclined to throw Wiggins to A wack ass team lke charlottle or DEtroit vs. His hometown, a major north american team, that hasnt been relevant since VC was tering it up :dahell:

Fukk this season, We're not going to do anything in the playoffs if we did make it ..Our best hope is to position ourselves to land a Randle, Smart, Parker..or Yes...Wiggins

Unless you trade Gay for expiring contracts of Artest, Blake, & Jordan Hill. :mjpls: How many years does Rudy have on his contract?

That would be a half assed tank. If they really want to tank, trade Lowry for expiring + pick. Just put out a young athletic team that's fun to watch but won't win games.

Could probably trade Rudy if they wanted to.

Its not that far out of the realm of possibility, remmeber we started 4-19 last year, thats not a fluke..We were never as good as the hype led the fanbase to believe...You get rid of a few pieces Rudy or not this team could be as bad as PHX or Charlotte...Do you remember how we struggled against Suns and bobcats last season ? Again were not too good or better than these teams...A few deals and were right there in the basement engulfed in them tank wars...

That lottery system shyt is not as rigged as you guys make it seem, you guys might believe Kanye and Jay's daughter are in the Illuminati too.

You think the Raptors will beat whoever has a 25% chance (i.e. Orlando, Charlotte, Sacramento, etc.) in the lottery? That's not going to happen.

Do you remember the starting 5 around that time? JV, Bargnani, Fields, DeRozan and Lowry. LOWRY AND FIELDS WERE THE ONLY ONES WHO COULD PLAY D and were brand new to the team as they had to adapt to a new scheme. JV was always a second late on his switches that led to a basket for the opposing team. His play from game 1 to the end of the year was like night and day. Lowry got injured, which brought in Jose and the D got worse. Guess what happened after? Fields got injured. The D got even worse. When JV started getting a spark, guess what happened? He got injured. Bargnani got injured but Ed Davis showed great strides and it indicated it was time to ship Andrea.

The end of the year starting 5 was JV, Amir, Rudy, Demar and Lowry. At this time Demar is the only one who lacks on D but on a yearly basis he's improving.

The way the teams are currently shaped it is understandable to say the standings will be something like

1. Miami
2.Brooklyn
3. New York
4. Indiana
5. Chicago
6. Toronto
7. Cleveland
8. Could be Atlanta, Milwaukee if Jennings stays which is doubtful or MAYBE Washington

Between Boston, Atlanta and Milwaukee - at best 1 of the 3 will make it. The bottom 3 seeds of the East have made a big change.

You're saying the Raptors can't go head to head with the Knicks?

No way the Bulls finish outside of the 2 seed if they stay relatively healthy all year.
