Complex leaving Game out the top 10 LA rappers was a pure snub. That nikka had LA on his back at one point when them nikkas was dead silent. nikka deserve to be top 5 honestly but leaving him out the top 10 is wild. And leaving Pac off the list was a snub too since they had cats like Xzibit on the list and he ain’t from LA at all.
