It's amazing how everyone but the two teams who signed these guys realized how terrible these contracts were, and the Rashard contract was a straight franchise killer.

I meant more so in the 09-10 season when his production started to decline, team just wasn't able to improve their roster after that, because they couldn't unload his contract on another team or acquire and real good pieces. Also, if I recall correctly, they weren't able to resign Hedo in part because so much money was locked into Rashard, losing him destroyed a good bit of the chemistry they developed on that finals run and they never recovered.

nikka is trash. The only reason he's making all star teams is because the lack of guards in the Eastern conference. Worst 6-7 time all-star in the history of sports.

jj and rashard aren't mediocre. jj is a 6'8" all versatile wing who can shoot, pass, and defend. rashard is 6'10" and gave teams match up problems cuz he was a good outside shooter that can take defenders off the dribble. they're overpaid but not mediocre. adonal foyle is fukking mediocre, dude got $40 mill for basicaly being a designated shot blocker who was foul prone. this nikka contract cost the warriors to split up that 06-07 goon squad.
