I actually agree with this assessment, outside of the 89-90 pistons, 93-96 Knicks, maybe 92-95 Hornets, and 96/97-99 Heat, the NBA is very weak, over 5 expansions teams, how many enforcer teams?

While each nba team had at least one enforcer or "junkyard dog Williams" type overall the 90s was weak outside of center, post forward play........
