So the mother threw the baby girl onto the highway? fukking lunatic. I don't understand this thing with China killing all the babies born as girls or hating giving birth to a girl. How they plan on reproducing in the future? Bunch of gays running around Beijing in the future since they wanna kill all the women.
There are billions of them packed into one nation. They have people to spare, hence the laweless fukkery. Life is cheap.

‘I Like Being A Kept Mistress, My Life Right Now Is Great!’
by Fauna on Wednesday, July 9, 200832comments

On June 18, 2008, 菊花香香儿1986 (“Fragrant Chrysanthemum 1986″) made a post on the Tianya Forum:

Everybody says that it is a bad thing to be a kept mistress. What is so bad about it? Let me tell you about all the good things from my personal experience…

I was born to a rural family where all the generations had been farmers. When I was very small, my dad told me that the way to get out of the rural village is to go to university. He told me that I should not be stuck here for the rest of my life. I understood more or less. I studied hard. I entered university for my own selfish reasons as opposed to any hot-blooded passion to work for the mother country.

Once I got accepted by university and went to the big city, I found out how trivial I was. I was poor and the money that my family gave me was not even enough to pay for living expenses, much less the tuition fees. So I began to work part-time at an upscale coffee shop.

I was able to meet many social bigwigs at the coffee shop, and it was there that I met my current husband. He is a senior government official. He has a wife and kids at home, but I didn’t care. He knew that I was working part-time so he was particularly nice to me. Eventually, I quit my job to be with him.

During the week, I stay at the school dormitory. On weekends, I am usually with my husband. He comes to pick me up every Saturday afternoon in his car. Many other female students are in the same situation like me. Therefore, on Saturday afternoons, there is a row of upscale sedans waiting outside the university entrance to pick us up. By this time, nobody thinks that this is anything unusual!

Since I found this husband, I have never had to worry about livelihood. I completed my studies successfully. So, let me tell you what I have now.

(1) Money. My husband got me a bank card under my own name. There are 5 million RMB in liquid fund in that account. There is also more than one hundred thousand RMB cash at home. This is basically my spending money.

(2) House. My husband bought a new house under my name with four rooms and two living rooms in an upscale neighborhood. There is a villa outside the city. On weekends, I stay there with my husband because the view is gorgeous.

(3) Car. This year, my husband bought me a Peugeot 206 for transportation. I just got my license this year because I don’t like to ride in congested public buses.

(4) Family. My family is building a new house for my brother who is getting married. I told my husband and he gave me 300,000 RMB without me asking and that was enough to build a house back home. I am sending 3,000 RMB a month back to the my parents.

(5) Family life. My husband loves me. He treats me well. I love my husband a lot too. My husband says that we will have a child of my own some day and the three of us will live happily together.

I am graduating this year. But I do not want to get a job, because work is tiring and there is no freedom. I want to do what I want. Therefore, I have decided to open my own clothing store. The place is under decoration and it will probably open in August. I am very satisfied with my life right now. If you have any views and opinions about my life, you are welcome to offer them!!!

Wonder if the wife knows about the side mistress. Wonder if she's loyal herself. She prolly someone's side piece.

School Starts in Shanghai, 4 Students Commit Suicide
by Fauna on Thursday, September 4, 200863comments

Here in Shanghai, the new school semester started only a few days ago. After just two days, four Shanghai middle school students have jumped from buildings to commit suicide.

I read about this on KDS, a BBS forum with mostly Shanghainese. Maybe this is not a big thing on the Chinese internet but it is little more personal to me.

Two days after school begins in Shanghai, 4 incidences of suicide jumpings“:

  • September 1, early morning, Yangpu District, 131 Yanji East Road, a 14-year-old female student jumped from the 4th floor. Although not life-threatening, it may lead to loss.
  • Same day, early morning 5:00am, Pudong District, Heze Road, a 15-year-old boy fell from a 8th floor window, suffered serious injuries.
  • Same day, morning 9:00pm, Jiading District, Caoyang Second Middle River Bridge Experimental Middle School, a middle school student who failed a grade wanted to commit suicide by jumping, but was eventually persuaded by police not to jump.
  • September 2, morning 7:40am, a dull thump breaks the peacefulness of 486 Xianxia Road. Without warning, 12-year-old boy Little Fan (fake name) leapt from a 6 story window and died ten minutes later.

Another KDS topic: “2 days, 4 people jumped to death.”

On NetEase: “Two days after school starts in Shanghai, 4 incidences of suicide jumpings.”

On QQ: “Only 2 days after school starts and 3 students have jumped off buildings to commit suicide” and “Shanghai 13-year-old boy commits suicide day after school begins, died on the spot.”

The first two pictures are of a 12-year-old Hong Kong girl who also committed suicide, probably because of a little fight with her mother but also one day after school started. If this happened in Shanghai and Hong Kong too, maybe there were more suicides in many other cities also.

Comments on KDS:

Today’s children are not capable dealing with pressure.

Today’s children’s hearts are too frail…
The future pillars of society, are inferior to reed poles.

Is starting school that difficult?

The reporter realized during the interviews that in each of the incidences, the main characters were all middle school students. Between learning and life they only met a small problem, but chose to get understanding/sympathy/compassion by attempting to end their lives.

Young Schoolgirl Beaten, Thrown To Her Death By Teacher
by Fauna on Wednesday, October 1, 200877comments
A Chinese schoolgirl was beaten with a metal reinforcement bar in front of her class by her history teacher before he threw her out the window of her fourth-story classroom. Her name was Zhang Yaoyin, she was 11-years-old, and she died.

The Education Department gives strict orders forbidding teachers from hitting students. However, on September 20th afternoon, in the #12 Middle School in Yongzhou City of Hunan Province, a very heinous act occurred. A history teacher not only used a metal reinforcement bar [for buildings] to beat a student in the classroom, he also used his bare hands to throw the beaten student off the fourth floor of the school!

This incident happened in 2006 September 20 and the video was uploaded to Youku two years ago. However, a recent topic on Mop featuring the Youku video brought new attention and new comments.

Here is what happens in the video:

0:54: The girl victim’s clothes stained with blood and covered with flies, some of her teeth that were knocked out, her shoes, and hair.

1:09: The girl victim’s name is revealed as Zhang Yaoyin, 11-years-old, and the male history teacher who killed her is Li Henyi, 28-years-old.

1:32: A classmate of the victim describes what happened (see below).

From QQ Education, “Teacher beats up girl in classroom, then throws her from fourth floor to her death“:

Witness: At the time, the teacher grabbed her hair and slammed it into the desk, about 5-6 times, and then slammed her head into the desk behind her 5-6 times. When she then fell to the floor, the teacher also used his foot to step on her head, about 2-3 times. Then from his pants pocket he took out a metal reinforcement bar this long and used it to hit her.

Reporter: Hit her where?

Witness: Hit her head. There was a lot of blood.

Witness: After being beaten, she stopped moving. The teacher picked her up, said he was going to send her to the infirmary, then walked to the window, opened the window, and threw her down.

Reporter: So he threw her out in front of the entire class?

Witness: Yes.

2:12: The classmate says at one point the class leader stood up and begged the teacher to stop hitting.

2:20: A bloodstain that some posters on Mop said looked like a penis.

2:37: Shows trail of blood to the window.

2:46: Bloodstains where the girl hit the ground.

2:58: The victim’s mother explains she did not see and know it was her daughter at first.

The rest of the video explains that the news spread quickly and the local police department promised to make a quick and thorough investigation.

This CCTV video report was posted on the Xinhua news website earlier this year in 2008 May. It may contain more graphic images than the above video.

Child Labor In Wuhan, Chinese Argue Good or Bad
by Joe on Tuesday, October 21, 200886comments

In Wuhan, some black-hearted factory bosses use children as labor to squeeze extreme profits; some of these children toiling day and night for them, shedding countless tears of suffering and hardship.

Carrying the concerns of city residents, “Wang Haofeng Focus” [an independent reporter/photographer] from late September until early October, directed investigations across the Wuhan region focusing on the numerous innocent-faced workers laboring long hours in factories (they are distributed across clothing factories/printing factories/textile factories/zipper factories/etc). In order to speed up production, black-hearted bosses use them like ‘robots’, letting them rest only 6 hours per day, some only get off work at 4 in the morning; Because of serious lack of sleep, some had their fingers “bitten” by machines during production; those who made mistakes during production, are blamed and scolded by the boss; It’s 2 am in the morning, only to find these tired and beaten kids on the side of the road buying “shaobing” [a Chinese sesame bread] for a late-night snack.

A child toiling in a clothing factory said he was born in March 1995. The foreman said he just turned 15.

Asked if the kid made close to a thousand kuai a month, the foreman replied: “Not that much, just a bit”.

At a factory that makes mops, a child is ceaselessly putting rubber covering on the mop stick, he said he has been employed for 1 year already, came from Xishui in Hubei province, and has just turned 15 this year; every day, he has to cover over a thousand mop sticks. Annual salary is 5000 yuan.

Surrounding residents passionately decried, this is clearly a threat to one’s life! There are even 12 and 13 year old among them, and who can save them? Every time there is an inspection, someone will warn the factory beforehand. After the inspection/noise is over, the problem immediately returns.

Everybody knows the country severely cracks down on the illegal act of employing of children for labor. Yet in only a few days, “Wang Haofeng Focus” already uncovered so many working “baby faces.” How many of these child labors are in the Wuhan region is still an unknown number. The hope remains within the related agencies to seriously face the party/the people/the nation in a responsible manner in the future, by investigating thoroughly, to return the kids the happiness of childhood. Return to society a sense of fairness and justice.

"Working long hours in the factory, sometimes workers will hurt their fingers on the machinery."

Late in the night he is still hard at work. This is a printing factory. People in the factory revealed that he is 15, already been working for a year."

"'Mechanic' is an innocent and tender face."

"This little 'technician' is diagnosing a problem with the machine."

"This 15 year old was only recruited recently. His is still lacking skill, and is often scolded by the boss."

"Everyday he puts covers on over a thousand mop sticks. Annual salary is 5000 yuan. Born November 1993. He already been working for a year."

Speaking of ratchet Asians. Not long ago I had a customer come in to print pictures from off the machine. She was Asian but from God knows where. But she was loud as hell. Usually the Asian folks we get coming in as well as every other customer talk at a normal volume. This lady damn near screaming. I was there thinking, "bytch lower your damn tone, we right here."
