Yup. That "5 hours bro" video was apparently someone who already beat the game and then basically sped through the game again going through the main paths with no stopping.
Unless someone thinks a new Ratchet is 5 hours while every main game before it was 10~13 hours long.

Damn, i just started it and after switching to performance RT it's a no brainer. The temporal reconstruction looks really good and barely affects the image quality.
