One of the best martial arts animes ever. Great characters, dope plot, lots of dope fighting and action sequences. Plus they show love to various fighting styles. I liked that shyt was realistic where nikkas had to train to improve and no crazy power ups etc...Humor was on point too. Loved the pacing and how they eventually kept bringing in better villains all the way to the end. Music was on dope. Had a few fillers, but they were still decent and helped develop the characters more. Enjoyed the OVA's too right before it gets into the DD tourney.
This definitely deserved another season or a movie.

7/10. Sucks they didn't finish up the story in the manga.
Best progression I've ever seen in an anime. Sucks it was so short. From what I understand he and Miu get married or it ends with him asking Hayato for his blessing.

I don't understand the gripe that it was too short when it had 50 episodes and the arc actually finished. I rather that then some cliff hanger ass ending like Gangsta on top of just 13 episodes.
Never watched. Just saw some pics pop up here and there. Mad fanservice
