I like how ONE makes it clear the protagonist is the strongest guy in the show off rip
It allows for much deeper exploration of the characters and their relationships with one another
The animation on this show is fire too

Expect no less from Bones
I’m not really familiar with other manga artist but has one had the best debut in manga history?
His first two animes are One punch man and Mob Psycho. That’s some biggie ready to die and life after death level.

8 is the highest I can give it. I remember the first 6-7 episodes being really hard to watch. But once it got gud I was hooked.
Liked how Mob's priority in life is to improve his social standing and make relationships. He never asked to have superpowers. Wants nothing to do with saving the world from evil. Just trying to get buff so girls will like him and live an otherwise normal life like a 14 year old kid should. Found it easier to sympathize with him than the typical delusional hero who has an unrealistically optimistic worldview.
Haven't seen season 2 yet. Would probably push my score to a 9 if I did.
He works with an artist who draws the version of One Punch Man we know of, and Mob Psycho exploded in popularity after Bones got a hold of it. I personally wouldn't put him on the level of mangaka who were both the leading artist/writer of their series

Yazawa - Nana and Paradise Kiss
Takahashi - Urusei Yatsura and Maison Ikkoku
Togashi - Yu Yu Hakusho and HxH
