I'm not sure about an immigrant population, but they have a lil Mexico square or something like that. Back when the Italians tried to colonize Ethiopia, Mexico was one of the few nation's to condemn Mussolini's aggression.

My friend grew up in Addis and mentioned the lil Mexico square, and sure enough it was true. Mexico and Ethiopia have been cool ever since.
