I wouldn't mind living in Winston Salem. It has close proximity to Raleigh, and Charlotte. That's a chain of different cities/region one after another.

I was with one of my friends and we ran to his crib and nikkas was looking at me like I was food in his neighborhood until they realized my boy was in the passenger seatand this nikka lives on Sherwood Forest that’s not even the bad part can’t imagine what nikkas from the hood are like
