I've never been to Cleveland, but I'd assume that it was a city on the same teir as Charlotte, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, St. Louis .. etc

I'd probably give it a 6-7 just based off metropolitan area population

Highlight of my stay was the hotel that had bar in the basement, which happened to be one of Al Capone's vault. They had a decent chicken and waffle spot
