Damn I didn't post my thoughts in the Rio thread yet.....these threads moving fast lol.....how did it end up only #10 Charlotte over Rio? Rio is a world famous mega city up there with NYC and LA......each section is a different vibe and world... I'm really interested in seeing what this list ends up looking like cuz folks just throwing 10s out like it's nothing

My guess is that some of them are either not familiar with or ever been to Rio. I'm going to do Paris this week and I'm really curious to see how that will do on here.

10. If my money was right I'd set up shop there no problem.

Only drawback is that on the times I've been there, I haven't seen a ton of black people.

9...weather was fukking phenomenal. People were friendly, fit, good looking...

You can be in Mexico for a quick weekend excursion in no time. LA for a long weekend.

Almost took the plunge 2 years ago, but the job wasn't right.

EDIT: Only 5% black people here, so that is a problem.

This is the reason I didn't give it a 10.

I've heard nothing but good things. Top 5 domestic city I would like to visit. I hear the weather is perfect and don't really hear much about earthquakes there plus it doesn't seem to have as much gang activity and crime as LA that I'm aware of. Not sure about everything there is to do there but it sounds like it's a good place to live.

I went to San Diego and didn't like it. This city isn't made for black people. I'd probably never go back. I'll give it a 6.
