Most racist place I've ever been to. Entire country full of tall, white Dutch and then I'm walking around with dark skin and an American accent. They hate Americans. They don't care for anyone with a drop of melanin. They spoke and looked at me like I was Trump's butler.

The natives are very arrogant and xenophobic

I give it a 8, cheap, lots to do, train from the airport to the city is 24hrs unlike rome . Anything goes, canal cruise at night amazing, cheese is , close to everything in europe. Would love to have gone skating on the canal.

Never been to Amsterdam so I cant rate. I heard it's wild though and they have open air red light districts.
