One of the most beautiful looking cities. Plus isn't Jackie Chan from there. That gets it props in my book. I think it has one of the best skylines in the world too if I'm not mistaken and I hear they got a nice fireworks show on the harbor. I would definitely visit but :hubie: aren't they beefing with China or something like that? I thought they didn't belong to China and were there own entity?

Hong Kong was actually apart of Britain until 1997 when they decided to give the city back to China. It is still apart of China today but they are not bound by communism like the rest of the country and Hong Kong economy is pretty capitalist.

As has been said, taking the ferry from Kowloon at night blows NYC or any other damn skyline out the water. That being said this was before they burnt it to a crisp. :francis:
food is dope too. British expats are out of pocket.

I want to visit desperately, but the protests are ongoing and the PRC are tripping heavy and to me visiting when people's civil liberties are at stake is tacky to me.
