Great place to be black, professional and raise a family the museums alone is a must if you got kids but also as I like to say you are inoculated from alot of the bs that exists in other parts of the country. For example if you trying to raise lil athletes you have the increased comp that you find in the south but the educational quality you find in the NE. You dont have to worry about yo kids being taught that bs happy slave narrative and (for now) that lgbt education bs aint flying out here. Plus raising black children, seeing black success and black examples of greatness no other area truly matches it even Atl.

On another side cause for my pawgers you wont find a better collection of beckys from all across the nation outside of NY and they replenish new ones every 2-4 years, or so i been told

It’s unbearable in the winter idgaf how nice it is. Having hand warmers in your shoes n shyt just to function ain’t it. But I will say when I was DC it was colder than NY. That has to drop it a notch or two I like the culture in DC tho

Southern Maryland (not including Baltimore from the Woodrow Wilson Bridge (PG County and MoCo )
