It’s not as bad as people are making it out to be. Broad ripple is poppin for the bar scene. Decent professional network and a lot of industries are there (rolls Royce, salesforce, Lucas oil). City along with downtown area is clean.

Westlake is on west side of indy near alot stuff(Eagle Creek, Avon, motor speedway)
I personally wouldn't live there, I would look at the broad ripple area, possibly fountain square, and downtown, Massachusetts Avenue area .....
Indy is poppin now. Go to broad ripple and have a blast. And there are bad bytches that don’t realize they bad lol
