I think @RammerJammer is from there and he's cool peoples. That's prolly the most interesting about there. Didn't know much about it or how it looked. Was expecting some country ass looking place.

It’s not too interesting at all but the city did played an important role in the civil rights movements and I heard the people down there are really nice so I’m not gonna discount it completely. :manny:

Off the strength of Rosa and MLK, I’m going to give the city a 6.

It’s a pit stop for me when I go to Mississippi, as I always get off on exit 3, Ann st to get gas and hit up that captain d’s. They just got a cookout out there.

Anyways, from the little I’ve actually explored of the city, it seems cool. Alabama State is there, and the women I saw on the campus looked good. I had a homie that played ball at Huntington, so I used to go out there often. Not a fan of the Gump’s downtown area, both aesthetically or as an area to have fun. Both Mobile and Bham are the better cities in Bama, imo.

Went to school at Bama State, and Montgomery is my 2nd home.

It was kind of a culture shock, because my 17 year old self thought that Montgomery would be something like Atlanta since its the state capital, but Montgomery is small and downtown wasnt popping like that while I was there. I had to stay in a hotel downtown one year because they ran out of rooms on campus, and downtown would be dead by 9pm..No cars, nobody walking around, just dead quiet. I heard it's improved a lot though. Me and my roommate used to walk to Huntingdon when we got tired of the ASU girls @Old Scott Hall..this was damn near 10 years ago, and im still cool with a HU girl. I just spent a weekend with her a couple months ago and she cooked a breh dinner and we hit the casinos. But if you're in Montgomery and meet a chick, and you tell her you're from Atlanta thats a instant panty dropper

Id give it a 6..its just not much to do there, but its an important city for AA, being the birthplace of the Civil Rights Movement, and home to the greatest HBCU on God's green Earth :wow:

Im planning on going back next October when Southern University travels to face ASU and to try to hit it big in the casino.

I'll give it a 6 since I'm from Alabama. Not much to do there in comparison to San Diego...which is obvious as hell:mjlol:. I wouldn't live there because I'm much more inclined to stay in my hometown of Enterprise. The funny thing is that Enterprise makes Montgomery look like New York or some shyt:pachaha:.

4. I’m from Mobile and we are better just because of our food and Mardi Gras

football sucks in Montgomery, the clubs are damn near non-existent, but at least they have nice people there. Basically a gas stop for when you heading to Atlanta. You know you just 2 1/2 hours away

The Gump. I remember going to the mall and playing NBA Jam at the arcade in the early 90s when I was with family.....:blessed:

Montgomery is a dangerous place. You will get shot or fukked up if you get caught up in the wrong shyt.

People are dumb and simple minded as hell... so good luck making friends or having a good time outside of basic hoodrat shyt.

I wouldn't ever go there to do anything other than stack money or lay low.

I was in Alabama during the time that tornado hit Enterprise. Glad to see yall recovered from it.

Where would you rank Tuskegee and Selma?
If I ever had to move to Alabama, id choose a small majority black city like those

Breh... I was in Mobile a year ago at that mall.... I have never seen so many 10s 9s 8s in one place at one time at that mall... Damn...

You know which one I'm talking about too. There are some beautiful women in AL... but you gotta know how to swoop in and out.... they don't respond well to nikkas with space age game. You almost have to ol' school take em out to the movies or dinner or some shyt to get to stage 2.

Maybe if I was teaching there in Tuskegee but I don’t really like the small towns, I like anonymity and to smoke weed on occasion without folks all up in the business. Smallest I would go is Tuscaloosa. I need to live by or have close access to an interstate, I hate the local county cops who just set up and ticket all day. The prettiest in the state is around Clarke County Alabama. Deep in the black belt and you can go days without seeing a white person if you wanted
