I love NOLA and lived for a couple of months in Belle Chasse, but I will also say that the worst hood I've ever seen in America was the 3rd ward. This was 2003 so before Katrina and it looked bombed out like Afghanistan. Straight American favela status.
Once you step out of Bourbon/tourist area you're liable to see unspeakable poverty. But it's not all doom and gloom, as already mentioned the food and women are top tier

If you talking low key well that’s what the bars and lounges are for shamrock was one of many, and nikkas wasn’t hiking to hollygrove just to party at shamrock, it was more of an in the area thing than man i gots to go there
