Dallas (just the city not all of DFW) has pretty even splits of black/white/Latino which makes it feel like we have no culture since nothing really dominates.

You have to take the scores with a grain of salt. Some of the highest scoring cities are places with the highest concentration of posters. You wouldnt find many non-biased lists with places like Compton or damn Jersey City over Miami.

S.A. was part of the Spanish Empire and is the oldest city in Texas (about 300-ish years old....Texas didn't become a state until December 1845).

San Antonio got Mexicans whose family has been there since before George Washington was born. Houston and Dallas have a lot of Mexicans but they don't have nearly as much impact as they do down there.
