I've seen people on youtube testing ghost guns, and the reliability is all over the place. One dude jammed on every single shot. another dudes gun performed like as well as any glock.

Technically, all he had to do was print out a bunch of AR lowers and they would have paid without question. The lower receiver is what's considered a firearm federally. Gun buybacks are stupid. Illegal guns are coming from unscrupulous dealers. Press those fools and the number of illegal guns will taper. It's really not hard to find the source of straw purchases.
