Only on the Coli is being lightskin seen as an 'insecurity'. Whereas, in the real world light skin is loved and celebrated by everyone. Tell that to the dark skin girl in one of my classes (who I've never spoken to) who came up to me one day asking me what my ethnicity is and who referred to me as 'exotic' and told me how beautiful I am.
