You can still tier the ranking based on voter turnout.....something like 100 votes, 200 votes, 300 votes with the number of 9/10s received along with average score to give a fuller picture Pretending a center who shoots 60% on 10 shots a game is the same as Lebron shooting 60% on 30 shots isn't an accurate system and needs to be accounted for
