My brother played football here 
He was playing JUCO ball in Cali and was supposed to go to the University of Nevada, but he took a class at a local community college before he went out there and he didn't know it started his eligibility clock, so all the D1 schools backed away. It was between here and some school in New Mexico.
He says to this day he has no clue how he escaped here without a baby mama
the sistas here bad as hell apparently. The Hampton Roads girls run the yard but it's hella DMV people here, and other parts of VA as well. NC, Philly, Jersey and NYC have a presence here too. He consistently tells me that when it's time to get married, go to VA to find a wife, they have the baddest black women in America.
My brother got a degree in communications & is a district manager for the Gap now.
