He’s a solid coach and he won’t be unemployed long, but sometimes it’s time for a change of scenery. I feel the same way about Brother Tomlin in Pittsburgh.

Harb's is solid, but Tomlin is clearly a step above. Mike T has shown that he can do more with less.
For example, the Ravens are 3-7 vs the Steelers in the past 10 games theyve played despite having the superior roster and far superior QB.

Tomlin is a very good coach and consistently overachieves with less, I think it’s time for him to move on though.

I’d love seeing what he could do with an elite QB and he hadn’t had one in a while.
