I mean you answered your own question- Tomlin has done more with less (and by a wide margin).
Harbaugh's teams were suffering losing records and missing the playoffs constantly when his HOF defense left. He was a dead man before Lamar.
Not to mention, Tomlin has never had a 2x MVP QB or a HOF RB at his disposal, so I don't really follow your comparison.
I said lesser rosters recently.
1. Being an 8, 9, and 10 win team often times like Tomlin’s teams have been just leaves you with mediocrity. You’re often better off having some terrible seasons with some excellent ones with 11+ wins. Finishing with 8-10 wins will not get it done.
2. Other than this year when Lamar and Burrow were injured, he’s won the division once since 2018. That is just not good enough.
3. You are overrating the talent the Ravens have has since Lamar has been in the league. Blows my mind people always say they have the best roster.
4. What did Tomlin do when he had Big Ben, Bell, and Brown? Those offenses were more talented than these recent Ravens offenses.
I think it was time for Harbaugh to go, but Tomlin should probably go too. You can’t keep living in mediocrity as a team. He loses too many games that the Steelers should win.
