I'll toss a suggestion probably not thought of: put him with Cedric.

Let Ced get even half of that Buddy Murphy push with MVP talking for him and Ced just needing to learn to work with the stone-face and only have to back it up in the ring. The Lumbar Check is a top-5 finisher in the E in terms of how it looks.

Remember when Murphy and Cedric put on two fantastic matches in the same week months back? Murphy got his push nuked, but eventually built him back up and put him in a good position. Cedric got his push nuked and he's currently on Main Event losing to Riddikk Moss.
