I agree. There are a few (s)expatting youtube channels but just about all of the ones that go to Southeast Asia are operated by fat, fugly, guys that are clearly messing with prostitutes. Exactly. I've been to Bangkok, Vietnam and the Philippines (plus Japan but that's a different animal entirely). I'm not fat, attractive, have dreads, well spoken and it still was a struggle to make something crack, although I made it happen a few times. The nerd anime watching Ex pats I conversed with there didn't stand a goddamn chance if they weren't paying but truthfully they knew that prior to coming.. in fact their whole focus was some weird ass fetish sex tourism shyt.
