The increase in black coaches in the NBA is a very recent phenomenon and only occured when the NBA tried to push the female coaching shyt and it backfired.

The NBA is a quid pro quo league. Adam silver will allow his stars to voice political opinions on the condition that they are super liberal.

The difference between the NFL and the rest of the entertainment industry is that it's bottom line is so vast that it exists outside of the sphere of the entertainment industry.
