Capone was not just a dude who sent hits out, he did those shyts himself...By himself, he was estimated to have killed at least 100 people...ordered hits go close to 300-400 people...not to mention the hits ordered by his gang like Frank Nitti. Capone killed because he enjoyed th epower that killing gave him...he was big bully kid who's feelings were hurt when he didn't get his way; Mix those two elements together and you got a vicious sociopath.
