I wonder why TB hasn't voided his contract yet, as you stated with the conviction he's never gonna be able to get a visa into the US so they're definitely in the right to terminate the contract
It's probably an issue with the union and there are probably a bunch of steps before they can get to that point.
Yeah, shows the strength of a good union. The only reason he hasn't been getting paid is he's on the restricted list and has been unable to report to his team.

If they could, they would. They probably have to work out some sort of buyout with the approval of the players union.
