Do you have a lot of facial hair?

What I found that helped me was brushing my hair, and then I actually dry shaved, it came out cleaner and was way less messy. Then I use bump stopper 2 and I’m good.

Don’t let your barber shave your face either.

Adjust your blade the correct way and use a bump treatment if your having issues.
Both can be found on amazon.

I use this with a combination of alcohol, of course cool care razor disinfectant spray. I extremely sensitive skin and zero issues with razor bumps

The reason we get razor bumps is because our hair is curly and curls back into our skin if our pores are not opened up probably.

We really can't get rid of them completely, but I suggest doing a facial wash with warm water and ending it with cold water at least 30-60 minutes before you cut your beard.

Also clean any area you've just shaved with alcohol and or any anti-razor bump ointment.

Basically.

I use Whal 5 Star and get one big razor bump and that’s it. it’s the same no matter what I use to shave

All the ointments in the world wind stop it. It’s just the way our hair is kinky and curly

Personally I’m against using alcohol cuz it dries your skin. This stuff used to work wonders for me before I grew my beard out

You get bumps because of dead skin clogging your pores, the hair can't get out so it stays trapped.

Dislodge the ingrown hairs with tweezers. I prefer the more blunt tweezers over the sharp ones. Just dislodge the hair, DO NOT pluck the hair.

Find a routine to get rid of the dead skin on your face every day

That smells putrid and really doesn't remove hair everywhere or evenly.

You get used to the odor which dissipates after a couple minutes, and if it doesn't remove ALL the hair evenly, you didn't follow the directions and used the wrong strength......
