FYI for the Chicago brehs...Uber is paying salary now for the Southside since they passed that law. Its about $30-35/hr and you have to opt in. Right now the hours are like 5am-10am for morning commuters then they have a 2pm-midnight rush that gets the higher rate. Only have to finish a shift with 1 rider per hour you work. You can do either shift or both. Dude told me he usually parks and chills all day and gets paid and squeezes in a few riders at the end of his day.
