damn was debating on seeing this
I enjoyed it not sure how they would pull off a part 3 (the ending didnt tease anything) but if this is a success i can see it happening

This was...fine. Script is hella weak compared to the first, but hard to not come away entertained with how much fun most of the cast clearly had here and elevated the material they were given. Elijah's facial cues alone cracked me the fukk up. Samara still got the best scream in horror today.
Kathryn Newton...not a fan. Her character felt terribly written on top of some of the flattest acting. Glad it didn't rub off on Samara.
I know Hatosy confused the fukk out of a lot of young The Pitt fans with this
, but glad to see him back to playing piece of shyt characters. 
There's something about the close quarter mansion fukkery of the first and Samara doing her thing solo that just does it for me more, Felt like the first also balanced out those horror and comedy elements to a tee. This one leans more towards the latter genre's side, with plenty of laughs to be had at least.
