Which album do u think is better?

I first heard R2D when i was 8th grade, that was probably the year 2000. For years it was one of my favorite albums and I always considered it to be better then LAD

The past few years i havent listened to R2D as much and although I still like it I now consider Life After Death to be better. In my opinion Biggie's delivery was improving up until his death. His flow was smoother on LAD and all around it was just a better more versatile album

this is a tough one. I really like Everyday Struggle. And kinda like Unbelievable, Gimme the Loot and Suicidal Thoughts. and to a lesser degree and Things Done Changed

Okay, I guess that means I like LAD more... Somebody's Gotta Die, Kick in the door, Hypnotize are just top notch songs

Insignificant posting from an insignificant poster
Funny this thread popped up. I just burned LAD onto an mp3 disc for the weekend after not having listened to it since last summer.

Life After Deaf sounds so fukkin' good. It's a well-packaged and fluid project and with the diversity of production, in this case, worked in its favor (versatile soundscapes can be a detriment to an album's overall cohesiveness - but i love how this album flows, shiit still rings soo good to the ear drums to this very day, not outdated one bit).

I'm a ratchet ass dude, so i love tracks like, "Another" and "Nasty Boy"... but from the commercial joints, to the more hip-hop laden RZA and Premo laced gems - it's got ERRTHANG you could ever want from a double disc (imo, it's up there with Dip Immun. as top dual lp albums).

Ready to Die was great, i have no qualms with it - it's a classic in it's own right.

But LAD was his magnum opus.

Was bumping Mo Money Mo Problems in the 70 plus Seattle degree weather and it just felt so gawt damn....

:ohlawd:

*sighs*

"If i did ain't no prollem to get the gat... where my true playas at?

Umph.
