Real Brothas I'm Conflicted With Myself Right Now: Job Related

A nikka needs a job and I have had a few opportunities come up but the pay wasn't enough for me. Now I have a conditional job offer to work with the feds and I may end up having to move to VA. The pay is very nice but man... It's totally against what I stand for, honestly... When I went for the interview, I seen the type of nikkas these dudes were. You know the short guy and/or the nerd muhfukka that got picked on all their life and now it's pay back time.

My soul felt empty when I left, like I felt it wasn't right. What woud you do in this situation? I was reasoning with myself, like I wouldn't be like them or i'm not going out locking anyone up but working with federal authorities is blasphemous considering the place I grew up. I have to pass a polygraph and all that shyt next week so it may get me out of this shyt.

I interviewed for a position with the FBI. I didn't get the job, but in hindsight I'm glad I didn't. It would have been a radical lifestyle change for me and I'm not sure I woulda enjoyed it.

The military has even more of them types than law enforcement... it's fukking disgusting.

if you got an offer from the feds to work for them, you clearly have exhibited some tendencies that aren't approved of by the hood to begin with.
it's not like you taking a deal to rat on your boys so you'll get less time.

all types of dudes in the streets who's parents,siblings,relatives are cops/worked in law enforcement... it doesn't make you any less of a "real nikka".

No i didn't have a job at the time. I have one now, and I pays less than the FBI job and I'm ok with that. I'm happy and comfortable where im at. I could I'd need a major raise or promotion to make me leave my job now.
