Had a girl hyperventilate when i went to give her a hug goodbye.

I have had people tell me that I'm "scary" and I "scare them" and it generally hurt my feelings mayne. (I got this a good amount when I lived in Pittsburgh).

So, you see a strapping, handsome, athletic, tall black male such as myself and the first thing you say is how "scary" I look...ok.

Now I know who to avoid.

I don't understand it though. I mean, I do but I'm pretty approachable, maybe not highly engaging but if you're honest I respond. I think women, and people in general don't know what to say to me. But truth is I rarely have anything specific to say. That and I feel like if I did say everything on my mind, I'd probably get in trouble.
